In connection with the registration, access and use of the Website www.barrealgroup.com, Barreal Consulting, as responsible for the processing of data, may request the User to provide his/her personal data, that is, information provided by the User that allows the Barreal Consulting identify you and/or contact you (“Personal Data”).
As a rule, Personal Data are requested when the User intends to subscribe to the Newsletter or when sending a request for information or a quote, where only the name, email and telephone number will be collected.
The User, when filling out the form, submitting the personal data referred to in the previous point, will receive an email confirming the subscription or sending a message. In this situation, the User's data is stored in the database.

- Collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, not being further processed in a way that is incompatible with these purposes;
- Adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are treated;
- Accurate and updated whenever necessary, with all appropriate measures being taken so that inaccurate data, taking into account the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay;
- Stored in a way that allows the identification of the User only for the period necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed;
The data processing carried out by Barreal Consulting is lawful when the User has given his explicit consent to the processing of his Personal data, for one or more specific purposes, when the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the User is part, or for pre-contractual measures at the User's request, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which Barreal Consulting is subject and for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by Barreal Consulting or by third parties.
Barreal Consulting undertakes to ensure that the processing of User data is only carried out under the conditions listed above and with respect for the aforementioned principles.
When the processing of the User's data is carried out by Barreal Consulting on the basis of the User's consent, the User has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. If the requests submitted by the User are manifestly unfounded or excessive, namely due to their repetitive nature, Barreal Consulting reserves the right to charge administrative costs or refuse to comply with the request, without prejudice to the possibility of filing a complaint in the competent supervisory authority.
